By default the MobileMapper 20 always turns on with the phone enabled and the phone screen is shown. 

This .CAB file makes the phone ON/OFF state persistant. 

To enable it, save everything, close all programs. 
Put .CAB file on the device or SD card. 
Then from the explorer click on the .CAB file. 
Answer yes, the MobileMapper will reboot.

Now turn off the phone (for the last time!)
